I am writing on behalf of Mansion Minders and Mr. and Mrs. Brian Buell who staged and minded our listing in McKinney. They minded our listing for a short time and we had an offer from the first buyer. We ended up with three offers for my seller to choose the best one.
After almost a year on the market our listing sold to the first buyer that viewed the property after the home tenders moved in! The tenders even bought additional furnishings to ensure the home was staged supremely! This is a great service that we will continue to use. It is much more affordable than professional staging and the tenders keep an eye out for necessary fixes and pay utilities!
