We are writing to express our satisfaction with Mansion Minders and the services they provided to us as they helped us sell our home in North Dallas. The business owner Brenda Platt and the minder Alecia Hernandez helped us immensely and really made the difference for us in selling our house.
We had already purchased a new house, moved, and listed our previous house for sale, and we were showing it empty, but with wide open spaces some buyers were having a difficult time imagining their things in the house. We were getting lots of positive comments about how beautiful the house was, but no significant interest. Brenda of Mansion Minders was in touch with our realtors, who suggested we explore the idea of using a minder to stage the house. It has been a wonderful experience using Mansion Minders. The team helping us sell our home doubled, and the responses of potential buyers looking at our newly staged home were terrific. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Mansion Minders and Alecia. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to help us sell another home in the future.
Alecia did a wonderful job caring for and staging our house. She is an outstanding communicator who kept in touch with us about how the house was doing and any questions she had. It was a relief knowing that our house was being taken care of after we had moved. We are very thankful for and impressed with how Alecia cared for the exterior of the house during an exceedingly hot and dry Summer where the whole yard was hurting. She made sure everything looked nice for our showings. She was mindful of the fact that we had just had the house painted and asked before hanging any type of artwork. After staging, Brenda took great photos and sent to us and we had new professional pictures taken for the listing. While Alecia was living in the house, we had five showings, two open houses, one appraisal, and three inspections, and she was always out of the house and made sure it was clean and ready for those appointments.
When we put our house on the market, the market was at a high, but it took a serious down turn shortly afterward. Alecia’s staging made the difference for us when a hot market quickly turned into a down market. We sold our house at a time when our real estate agents were saying that nothing else in our area was selling.
