I am writing on behalf of Mansion Minders and Mr. and Mrs. Brian Buell who staged and minded my listing in Las Colinas / Irving on a short term while the house was being marketed for sale.
This home is located next to my own house. Since I actually live next door, I can testify this that the Buells took great care of the property. We didn’t have any complaints from the neighbors as I personally know all of them. They made all staging requests I had. I gave them a few pointers from feedback from showings and they immediately accommodated my requests. The house was always clean for all showings and they turned on the lights to make a great impression for showings.
I have found that a very large home showing empty is harder for buyers to visualize how their furniture will fit in. With professional staging service that Mansion Minders provide, they can visualize living in the house. The wonderful thing about a live-in stager is the buyers may think the owner is living in the house. When they think the owner is living in the house, it discourages lowball offers. If a large house is empty, the buyers may think the owner is desperate and may send a lowball offer. Large homes don’t show as well vacant, verses homes staged with great furniture.
I would use the Buells as a Mansion Minder in another listing, but at this time I don’t have a vacant listing to put them in. We would not hesitate to use Mansion Minders in the future and in particular the Buells as they took great care accommodating everyone’s needs and answered all requests. They provided additional assurance that we had made a great decision to engage Mansion Minders. Brian Buell always communicated very well, by phone, text and email. They helped us feel at ease knowing the house was very well taken care of.
Mansion Minders works. We had this minder move into an empty property and it sold with a great offer the Seller accepted. They are professional and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend using them.
